Hi
I was broke down in Red Deer with an older bus. I spent two days phoning for parts before I gave up and got a ride home to the farm south of Moose Jaw.

We then decided to try and get machine shop to look into rebuilding the pulley I needed.

I was so glad I called Ed and his team.

He was immediately helpful, and sent his wife over to the parked bus to pick up
the pulley I had removed.

Professional and friendly service. Affordable and on time. (During Christmas holidays).

I took some parts from my elliptical machine with seized bearings to Ed for his help. I had been unable to get the bearings out of the parts and had damaged a plastic piece while trying. Ed was able to remove the bearings, manufacture a new plastic piece, obtain the correct replacement bearings and reassemble the pieces for me. My elliptical now runs like new, and the cost was less than 1/12 of the cost of replacing the machine. Ed was courteous and extremely quick to pick up on what I needed. I highly recommend Dittrich Machine Services.

Ed and his team do great work! I needed a splined insert made, pressed and anchored into a cast housing as well as a bushing manufactured and installed in a pump distributor. The finished product was perfect, done quick, priced fair, and saved waiting 4 months for parts. I would recommend this shop to anyone any day!

Ed came down on a Saturday when we needed some small, yet critical components machined that were needed to get my clients' CNC Plasma Table modified and back up and running. Brought in a set of wheels with steel washers ground into the lugnut holes. I thought the wheels would be worthless but Ed was relentless in his approach, fabricating a precision tool to extract the damaged washers. Work ethic, expertise and customer service is beyond reproach. As a customer it was an excellent experience.

I had a difficult custom spline shaft completed here and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. The part was completed on time, perfectly to the drawing, and the owner is as honest as they come. I will be using them for all of my projects in the future, especially considering the troubles I have had with other machine shops in Red Deer.
