I wish to thank Haley and Apex for doing an outstanding job regarding a recent issue with my chair rocker renovations. Haley was extremely attentive to the situation where a previous company that had worked on this project using fabric provided from myself for this job to make the cushions. Haley in consultation with her supervisor advised that they would provide the new fabric free of charge and do a custom fit for the cushions.
Arrangements were made to pick out the fabric, pick up the chair and ottoman. Haley took it upon herself to ensures the fabric and foam material were of current density and matched what I had requested. The finished chair was received from the shop and was absolutely perfect. Apex did an outstanding job with the inclusion of cushion straps which prevented cushion sliding. The job was done to perfection and Apex went above and beyond in regards to the ottoman and cushions.
It was a pleasure dealing with Haley and Apex. She is a great asset to her company. I would recommend Apex for any upholstery projects that one may have. I will definitely be back for any of my future projects when the need arises. Thank you Apex!

I cannot get over how great the service was from Hayley at Apex. We were in the process of covering our kitchen stools and looking for something more sophisticated and chic. Hayley went out of her way going through books and books and swatches and swatches to help me find the perfect material. She even advised me to get a little more material as the fabric we chose was quite light in color.
The material arrived within two weeks, and we were able to take our stools on a Tuesday morning and pick them up beautifully finished on Wednesday at noon. They are very professional, and actually more fussy than I am. Thank you very much to Apex for a job. Well done and exemplary customer service.

Our main dealings were with Hayley who was very professonal, knowledgeable and sincere guiding us through material samples and choices which resulted in our decisions to move forward. I have to write to say what a great experience I had with Apex Upholstery! I reached out to John via email to see first of all if our stool could be done and an approximate cost. His response was prompt and thorough. I then met Hayley and John in the office Monday morning, both were very helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly and took an interest in what I said.
